Traditional pH electrodes have fast reference liquid seepage, short lifespan and are easily interfered with, resulting in high maintenance costs. The NiuBoL NBL-WQ-PH-4 online pH sensor adopts the glass electrode method and is equipped with a patented microporous salt bridge reference system. The reference liquid seeps out extremely slowly under at least 100KPa pressure, lasting more than 20 months, effectively extending electrode life. The dual high-impedance differential amplifier design gives the sensor strong anti-interference capability and fast response speed. The sensor is easy to install and maintain, and is particularly suitable for system integrators and engineering contractors to build reliable online water quality monitoring systems, effectively solving the industry pain points of short lifespan, large drift and complex integration in traditional pH sensors. NBL-WQ-PH-4 Online pH Sensor Product Overview The NiuBoL NBL-WQ-PH-4 online pH sensor is a digital sensor developed for continuous online monitoring of pH value in industrial sites, designed based on the glass electrode method principle. The sensor has a built-in high-precision Pt1000 temperature sensor that realizes automatic temperature compensation, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results under different temperature conditions. The sensor provides two housing material options: POM+ABS engineering plastic (NBL-WQ-PH-4-A) and POM+316L stainless steel (NBL-WQ-PH-4-S), which can meet the needs of different corrosive media. The standardized RS-485 Modbus/RTU protocol allows direct connection to third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, industrial control computers, paperless recorders or touch screens, greatly simplifying system integration work. For system integrators, it provides a stable and reliable data interface; for engineering contractors, it reduces on-site wiring difficulty and long-term maintenance costs, ensuring the monitoring system operates stably under complex working conditions. The product has undergone 72-hour aging testing and strict quality inspection, and has high reliability upon leaving the factory. NBL-WQ-PH-4 Online pH Sensor Key Technical Advantages 1. Patented Reference System and Long-Life Design The patented pH electrode is adopted, and the internal reference liquid seeps out extremely slowly through the microporous salt bridge under at least 100KPa (1Bar) pressure, with positive seepage time exceeding 20 months. This stable reference system significantly extends electrode service life, reduces costs and downtime caused by frequent replacement, and maintains measurement stability. 2. High Anti-Interference Measurement Circuit Built-in dual high-impedance differential amplifier effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference and signal noise, with fast response speed and reliable measurement data. Optional 4-20 mA analog output meets the needs of different control systems. Power consumption is only 0.2W@12V, and the low-energy design is suitable for distributed monitoring stations. 5. Convenient Calibration and Maintenance Uses two-point calibration method (zero point + slope), completed with standard buffer solutions (pH 6.86, 4.00, 9.18). Daily maintenance only requires cleaning with distilled water and soaking in electrode storage solution. Glass membrane dirt can be cleaned with dilute hydrochloric acid. The sensor is calibrated at the factory and random calibration is not recommended unless necessary. These technical advantages enable the NBL-WQ-PH-4 to perform excellently in long-term operation and significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs of engineering projects.
