Full-Range Precise Control: NiuBoL NBL-WQ-EC-4A Online Digital Conductivity Sensor — High Anti-Interference Performance and Ultimate Integration Convenience, Redefining Industrial Water Quality Monitoring In industrial circulating water, tap water pipe networks and wastewater treatment systems, conductivity (EC) is a key indicator for measuring water purity and total dissolved solids (TDS). However, traditional analog signal sensors often suffer from signal attenuation over long distances, environmental electromagnetic interference, and frequent manual maintenance, causing integrators to face long debugging cycles and later data jumps. NiuBoL NBL-WQ-EC-4A has been deeply optimized for these industry pain points. As a digital and intelligent online transmitter, it encapsulates a high-precision sensing unit and an industrial-grade processing chip in a rugged IP68 housing, directly outputting standard digital signals to provide a "rock-solid" data foundation for your automation control system. Digital Lossless Transmission: Adopts RS485 Modbus RTU protocol with extremely strong anti-interference capability, supporting signal transmission up to kilometers without distortion. Extreme Environmental Adaptability: IP68 protection rating, fearless of long-term submerged operation; built-in Pt1000 compensation algorithm ensures accurate readings in wide-temperature water bodies. Engineering-Friendly Design: Standard 3/4 NPT thread installation seamlessly connects to pipelines or tanks, greatly shortening on-site construction cycles. NBL-WQ-EC-4A Online Conductivity Sensor Product Overview The NiuBoL NBL-WQ-EC-4A is an online conductivity analysis instrument designed for long-term online monitoring. It integrates the measuring electrode, temperature sensor and signal conversion module, with a range covering 0~5000 μS/cm, suitable for most industrial and civilian water monitoring scenarios. For engineering contractors and system integrators, the advantage of the DDM-406-A lies not only in its ±1.5% measurement accuracy, but also in its extremely high interchangeability and compatibility. It can be directly connected to PLC, DCS or cloud gateways without expensive original controllers, significantly reducing system integration costs. With 12~24V DC wide voltage power supply and extremely low power consumption of 0.2W, it is also an ideal supporting component for field solar-powered monitoring stations. NBL-WQ-EC-4A Online Conductivity Sensor Core Technical Advantages 1. Excellent Material and Protection Standards The sensor wetted parts are made of a combination of high-quality ABS and SUS316L stainless steel (customizable), providing excellent mechanical strength and long-term stability in mildly corrosive industrial wastewater. The overall housing undergoes strict sealing processes to achieve IP68 rating, ensuring the electrode does not leak or damage under underwater high pressure or high humidity environments. 2. Intelligent Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Conductivity is highly sensitive to temperature (typically causing about 2% reading deviation per 1℃ change). NiuBoL embeds a high-response Pt1000 temperature sensor inside. Through advanced temperature compensation algorithms, the device automatically corrects the measured value to the 25℃ nominal value, effectively eliminating the impact of seasonal changes or process temperature differences on data. 3. Advanced Signal Processing Algorithms The internal control chip has powerful digital filtering functions that can effectively filter stray current interference generated by on-site frequency converters and large water pumps. Through RS485 Modbus RTU communication, integrators can directly read conductivity values and real-time temperature values, avoiding the secondary precision loss of traditional 4-20mA signals during conversion. 4. Simple Calibration and Low-Maintenance Design The DDM-406-A supports a simple two-point calibration mode. For applications prone to scaling, its inductive or rugged conventional electrode design (depending on the specific model) allows physical cleaning with soft brushes or fine sandpaper. Due to its highly stable circuit design, the calibration cycle is much longer than similar products, greatly reducing labor costs for later on-site operation and maintenance.
